Kit Contents: 1ml of 5nm Protein A colloidal gold, 1ml of 15nm Protein A colloidal gold, and the following buffers: Sufficient reagent C, reagent E, reagent L and reagent M for the detection of primary antibodies directed against tissue and cell surface antigens through the use of Protein A or secondary antibody labeled Gold Colloidal Particles.
Application: Immunospecific staining of primary antibodies at the electron microscope level.
