Pre-made lentivirus express Firefly luciferase reporter under a minimal promoter that embedded 8 tandem repeats of AP1 Responsive Element (AP1-RE) . This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutiveRSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
