Plant RNA Kit, 250 reactionsThe Bio & Sell Plant RNA Kit is suitable for the isolation of total RNA from different plant starting materials. By binding to a filter membrane, both genomic DNA and non-lysed material are efficiently removed from the lysed sample. After washing, the bound RNA is eluted with RNAse-free water.Both fresh and frozen plant material can be used as starting material (up to 100 mg) .
