CD47:SIRP-γ[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit

The CD47:SIRP-γ[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling inhibitors of CD47:SIRP-γ signaling. The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detection of biotin-labeled SIRP-γ through streptavidin-HRP. Only a few simple steps on a microtiter plate are required for the assay. First, CD47 is coated on a 96-well plate. Next, SIRP-γ is incubated with CD47 on the plate.
