This anti-human TCR αβ (T cell receptor alpha beta) antibody is a purified recombinant antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE) . This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for binding to human TCR αβ on the surface of Normal Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, Frozen (#79059) .FluoSite™is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality. This precise, consistent labeling ensures the homogeneity of the labeled antibody preparation, making it ideal for flow cytometry and other high-sensitivity applications.
