Principiu

Testul de detectare a antigenului COVID-19 este un test de imunotest pentru detectarea rapidă și calitativă a infecției cu SARS-CoV-2 de la probe tamponate. Anticorpii monoclonali anti-SARS-CoV-2 sunt acoperiți pe regiunea liniei de testare. Antigenii SARS-CoV-2, dacă sunt prezenți în eșantioane, vor interacționa cu anticorpii monoclonali antiSARS-CoV-2 conjugați cu conjugatul de aur care fac complexul antigen-anticorpi conjugat. Acest complex migrează pe membrană prin acțiune capilară, unde va fi captat de anticorpul monoclonal anti-SARS-CoV-2 acoperit pe linia de testare. O linie de test colorată ar fi vizibilă în fereastra de rezultat dacă antigenii SARS-CoV-2 sunt prezenți în specimen. Intensitatea liniei de testare colorate va varia în funcție de cantitatea de antigen SARS-CoV-2 prezent în specimen.

Îndrumări pentru utilizarea COVID-19 Ag Respi-Strip (CorisBioConcept)

ICMR a validat recent 13 truse de testare antigen COVID-19. Dintre acestea, 3 kituri au fost aprobate pentru utilizare până
acum:

* COVID-19 Ag Respi-Strip (Coris BioConcept) implică o metodologie diferită de testare în comparație cu
celelalte două truse de testare a antigenului aprobate de ICMR până acum. Acest test nu poate fi efectuat la pat și
necesită o configurare BSL-2 pentru a rula testul.

Scurtă metodologie de utilizare a COVID-19 Ag Respi-Strip (CorisBioConcept):

1. Tamponul nazofaringian și / sau orofaringian va fi colectat de la pacientul suspect COVID-19 în
mediu de transport viral (VTM).
2. Tamponul colectat în VTM va fi adus la laborator în condiții corespunzătoare ale lanțului de frig.
3. Odată ce proba este adusă la laborator, va trebui manipulată într-un dulap de nivel BSL-2 pentru
alicotare, punerea în tampon de liză și încărcarea benzii de testare.
 Etapele 1 și 2 vor fi efectuate conform practicii standard urmate pentru colectarea și transportul
probelor pentru testul COVID-19 RT-PCR.
 Pasul 3 va trebui efectuat conform instrucțiunilor producătorilor furnizate împreună cu kitul de testare.
